As an Electrical Project Manager, you’ll oversee large scale projects across residential and commercial sectors. This rapidly growing contractor are now looking for an experienced electrical project manager to join their team, either on a PAYE, CIS or LTD basis. Work across projects covering Reading area and further afield when required moving on once projects are completed. Responsibilities:- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all electrical works across the residential development, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Manage electrical subcontractors, suppliers and on-site teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules and resources, identifying and resolving any issues or risks impacting the electrical scope.
- Liaise with design engineers, clients and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall development.
- Qualified Electrician and proven experience in a project management role.
- Experience working on large residential projects.
- Driving licence and CSCS / SMSTS tickets.
- Able to commute to progress across Reading, surrounding home counties and London for projects as required.
