Electrical Manager PAYE/LTD/CIS Electrical Manager needed on a contract basis for a Prison in South London, ideally, you’ll be commutable to surrounding areas: Heathrow, Twickenham, Richmond, Brixton, Wimbledon and South London My client is looking for an experienced Electrical Manager with a strong background in commercial refurbishments and experience working in Prisons. This is working on a long-term projects leading to continued works beyond due to an incredibly strong order books of work. Duties: • Manage and oversee the delivery of a complex electrical installation, including cut and carve works, from start to finish within a prison • Maintain compliance with all Health and Safety regulations on site • Produce and manage weekly/monthly progress reports, tracking milestones and managing programme • Ensure technical excellence on site, advising operatives when needed and resolving issues as they arise • Liaise directly with clients, consultants and subcontractors; must be confident in a client-facing role The successful Electrical Manager will have the following: • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installation methodology • Previous experience as a Electrician before stepping up to management • Able to work full time on site in southwest and travel occasionally if required • Confident communicator with the ability to represent the company to clients and stakeholders • Previous experience working in high security projects specifically Prison’s Start Date: ASAP Length: Permanent – Project runs to at least 2027 If you\’re a Electrical Manager with commercial install and refurbishment experience and cut and carve knowledge, based near Heathrow, Twickenham, Richmond, Brixton, Wimbledon and you want to join a growing team on a quality project – APPLY NOW!
