About the company
Our client is a RC frame, groundwork, demolition & civil engineering contractor that delivers a wide range of specialist services across civil, infrastructure, residential and commercial sectors. Many of the projects that my client works on are prestigious across the U.K. Having known this business for many years, I’ve developed a strong relationship with the company and its directors.
About the role
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Buyer to support the procurement department on projects ranging from £3m - £10m. As the Buyer, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
About the requirements
- 1+ years working experience as a Construction Buyer.
- Experience in dealing with Groundwork, Drainage and Civil related projects.
- Previous experience working with a Civil or RC Frame contractor.
About the Benefits and Rewards
Salary range of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum. Further package details can be discussed at interview stage.
