About the company

Our client is a young ambitious Main Contractor part of a larger group of companies with a turnover of £300m. The group of companies includes Groundworks, Concrete Frames and Infrastructure. The client that we’re working with has many high rise building projects across the U.K. including Residential and Commercial.

About the Opportunity

Due to expanded growth we have been asked by our client to find a Design Manager with High Rise and Main Contract experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Gateway 2 Submissions. Previous experience working with Concrete Structures, Façade, MEP and Utilities would be advantageous.

About the requirements

  • 5 + years working with a Main Contractor, Developer or Design and Build Contractor.
  • Design Experience working with High Rise Buildings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Benefits and Rewards

Salary range of £75,000 – £95,000 per annum. All other package details can be discussed at interview.
