About the company
Our client is a young ambitious Main Contractor part of a larger group of companies with a turnover of £300m. The group of companies includes Groundworks, Concrete Frames, and Infrastructure. The client that we\’re working with has many high-rise building projects across the U.K. including Residential and Commercial.
About the Opportunity
Due to expanded growth, we have been asked by our client to find a Design Manager with High Rise and Main Contract experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Gateway 2 Submissions. Previous experience working with Concrete Structures, Façade, MEP, and Utilities would be advantageous.
About the requirements
- 5+ years working with a Main Contractor, Developer, or Design and Build Contractor.
- Design Experience working with High Rise Buildings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Benefits and Rewards
Salary range of £75,000 – £95,000 per annum.
