Due to expanded growth, we have been asked by our client to find a Contracts Manager for RC Frame projects across London and the South East. The successful Contracts Manager should be capable of delivering RC Frame packages with proven experience in doing so.
Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client.

- Proven track record of delivering RC Frame and Groundwork packages on time and within budget
- Engineering background
- The Contracts Manager should come from an RC Frame background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years experience in working as a Contracts Manager
