The head office is currently based in Upminster, moving to Brentwood in early 2026, with projects located nationwide. About the Role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing façade restoration contractor. Reporting to the senior management team, you’ll take ownership of multiple restoration projects from start to finish — ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will suit a driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing large-scale external envelope or restoration schemes. Key Duties * Manage multiple façade restoration contracts from inception through to completion. * Oversee project programming, progress, and financial performance. * Prepare and review RAMS, method statements, and health & safety documentation. * Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful delivery. * Manage variations, valuations, and contract amendments. * Ensure all projects comply with health & safety regulations and internal company standards. * Support estimating and tender processes when required.
