About the Role

The Construction Manager for this project will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the Civil and Groundwork package.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources for RC Frame construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
  • Resolve any construction-related issues.
  • Coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors.
  • Inspect and approve work quality.
  • Manage safety and risk on construction sites.
