Our client, a leading UK residential developer, is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join its Group function in a newly created role with significant visibility and influence across the organisation. This is a rare opportunity to shape and develop a corporate compliance framework within a highly respected and well-established business operating across multiple regions throughout the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, the Compliance Manager will take ownership of key corporate compliance programmes and support the ongoing enhancement of policies, controls, processes and training across the Group.

Key focus areas will include:

  • Anti-Money Laundering
  • Human Rights & Modern Slavery
  • Fraud Prevention
  • Competition Law

This role offers broad exposure across Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, HR and operational business units.
