Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff across multiple projects
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and cost control to maximise profitability
- Manage NEC contracts and ensure commercial compliance across all projects
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Coordinate and communicate with design, procurement, project management, and site teams
- Review and approve subcontractor contracts, invoices, and variations
- Prepare commercial reports and updates for senior management
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within M&E, commercial construction, or fit out sectors
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial procedures
- Experience managing multiple projects and leading a team
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and decision-making ability
- Commutable to and around London
