About the Role
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in delivering prestigious and complex projects, ensuring value for money and client satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of cost control, from initial estimates through to final accounts.
- Oversee procurement, tendering, and subcontractor negotiations.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cashflows.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
