Step into a senior leadership role as an experienced Senior M&E Manager, with full authority, visibility and influence within a trusted main contractor known for delivering high-profile, complex construction projects and winning repeat client work through quality and collaboration.
As Senior M&E Manager, you will take ownership of Mechanical & Electrical delivery across multiple major projects, setting standards, leading teams and managing risk that directly impacts programme, safety and commercial performance. Provide strategic leadership from tender stage through to commissioning and handover, leading on establishing senior relationships with MEP consultants and key subcontractors while acting as the escalation point for complex issues.
Build and develop the MEP / Technical Services team and enforce best-in-class safety, quality and compliance standards with the status, reward and progression that reflect the responsibility you carry in a company that invests in talent and professional growth.
Your role as an MEP Manager will include:
- Provide strategic leadership for MEP delivery across projects, from tender stage through to commissioning and handover, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with MEP consultants and key subcontractors, performance management and resolution of escalated technical, programme and commercial issues.
- Set and enforce the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance, ensuring all MEP works meet industry best practice.
- Build, lead and develop the MEP / Technical Services team, mentoring senior staff, allocating resources effectively and driving continuous improvement across the business.
You will need:
- Building Services degree or related qualification or qualified trade background (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Proven experience within construction, M&E builds or data centre experience
- A strong track record of delivering projects through to completion
- A solutions-focused, accountable and commercially aware mindset
