An established and award-winning brickwork and masonry subcontractor is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-structured business with a strong pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects across London and the South East.
Role Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of brickwork and masonry packages
- Cost reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Subcontractor procurement and account management
- Working closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial control
- Supporting the Commercial Manager on multiple live projects
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within brickwork / masonry subcontracting
- Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost control
- Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and commercial awareness
- Degree-qualified or equivalent (preferred)
