With 6–7 new projects starting shortly and a robust pipeline of work, they’re now expanding their commercial team. Specialising in groundworks and civil engineering packages for many of the UK’s leading housebuilders, the company has achieved consistent year-on-year growth. With a team of 10 experienced Quantity Surveyors already in place, they offer a stable, collaborative environment with excellent opportunities for career progression. About the Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will oversee the commercial management of groundworks projects across Chatham and Kent.
