Joining a close-knit team and reporting directly to the Office Manager, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.    The role involves coordinating engineers and residents, scheduling repairs across a South East London patch, and delivering an efficient, high-quality service. Your role will include: Coordinate engineering operations by managing engineers’ diaries, scheduling repair works, raising jobs, and ordering parts/materials to ensure efficient service delivery. Provide customer and client support by handling phone calls and email enquiries, liaising with subcontractors, and maintaining strong communication with clients, engineers, and internal teams. Monitor contracts and performance through compliance tracking, pre-planned maintenance scheduling, KPI monitoring, and managing work-in-progress reports. Support commercial and administrative processes by preparing quotations, raising orders, attending client meetings, invoicing when required, and updating company systems and action lists. You will need: Strong organisation and communication skills to effectively manage schedules, coordinate workloads, and liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors. Administrative and IT proficiency with the ability to handle emails, job scheduling, quotations, invoicing, and company systems accurately. Proactive and detail-oriented approach with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and follow procedures.
