We are currently working with a reputable design and build contractor based in Farnham, who are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support their continued growth.
The company delivers high-quality commercial fit out projects across retail, education, and office sectors, with projects located throughout Surrey and London. This role would suit a commercially focused individual with a strong network and proven experience in generating new business within the fit-out or construction sector.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the company\βs growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the commercial fit-out market

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

Generating and managing a sales pipeline across Surrey and London
*
Attending client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

Working closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to convert opportunities into secured projects

Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a Business Development role within construction or commercial fit out
