Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 + Company Car + Benefits We’re representing a well-established brickwork subcontractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across Kent. The company delivers high-quality brickwork packages on residential and commercial developments, working with some of the UK’s leading main contractors and developers. Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are achieved. This is a key role within the business, offering long-term progression for the right person. Key Responsibilities: * Lead site teams and manage day-to-day operations across multiple brickwork projects * Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard * Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams * Oversee health and safety compliance and site documentation * Manage labour, materials, and subcontractors effectively Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager within brickwork or masonry contracting * Strong technical and commercial understanding of brickwork packages * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Full UK driving licence This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced brickwork professional to join a reputable subcontractor with a strong pipeline of work across Kent and surrounding areas.
