Our client is an RC frame, groundworks, demolition and civil engineering contractor delivering a wide range of specialist services across the civil, infrastructure, residential and commercial sectors. Many of the projects they undertake are highly complex. Having known this business for over five years, I’ve developed a strong relationship with the company and its commercial directors, both of whom are hands-on in providing support when needed and foster a trusting environment that allows you to manage your own projects independently.
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial department on projects ranging from £5m - £10m. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
Requirements:
- 4 years experience working within Quantity Surveying
- Previous background working within RC frame, Civil engineering or Infrastructure
- Degree educated within Quantity Surveying
