We are currently seeking experienced cleaners for a fantastic opportunity, working with a well-established facilities management company, on a temp basis.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial cleaning and void property cleans, preparing them for works to commence, which includes dealing with high-level cleaning and jet washing.
- Work across Hertfordshire and North London.
- Flexible to work overtime, out of hours and weekends due to the reactive nature of the role.
We have been awarded the variation clean to the Woodwork Shop within the compound to complete this phase of construction works. The woodwork shop refurb works cannot commence until all sawdust and debris has been removed from all high-level and low-level areas such as steel framework, ducting, hanging light fittings, cable cages, etc. There will be a team of 4 on this project. The SSSTS Supervisor is to appoint tasks each morning, ensure the programme of works is run safely and within RAMS, and to work with the team once supervisory tasks are complete. In total, we will have 1x SSSTS Supervisor, 2x IPAF Operatives, and 1x CSCS card holder. Both IPAF Operatives will focus on all high-level cleaning using a skyjack. The CSCS card holder will vacuum walls, meeting rooms, and main flooring on ground level.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- CSCS
- IPAF 3a/3b licence.
- Experience in a similar role is highly beneficial.
Compensation:
Rate of pay is £170.00 per day, CIS payment available.
