I’m currently working with a well-established and growing MEP contractor delivering high-profile commercial and mixed-use projects across London. They’re looking to bring in an experienced BIM Coordinator / Revit Technician to strengthen their digital delivery team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a technically focused role and wants to be involved in complex building services projects from design through to delivery.
The role will involve:
- Producing and coordinating detailed MEP BIM models using Revit
- Clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Working closely with design, commercial and site teams
- Managing drawing outputs and ensuring BIM standards are maintained
- Supporting project delivery across multiple live projects
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within an MEP / Building Services environment
- Strong Revit MEP knowledge
- Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
- Understanding of BIM Level 2 processes and standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work within project teams
Projects range across commercial, residential, healthcare and data centre sectors, offering strong long-term progression and exposure to technically challenging work.
