The Role Our client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive environment while contributing to a wide range of exciting construction and regeneration projects. Key Responsibilities * Assisting with cost planning, budgeting, and cost control across projects. * Supporting the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules. * Measuring and valuing works (both on-site and from drawings). * Assisting with the management of subcontractor accounts and payments. * Supporting senior surveyors with financial reporting and client updates. * Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and sustainability objectives. About You * Working towards or recently completed a degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent). * Strong numerical and analytical skills. * Keen interest in sustainability within construction. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
