Assistant Estimator – RC Frame and Groundworks London £50,000 - £65,000 + Benefits PAYE / LTD About the company Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in Reinforced Concrete Frames and Groundworks. Our client works with projects values from £1m - £10m. Their expertise spans a wide range of Infrastructure, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to small developments. About the role As the Junior Estimator reporting to a Senior Estimator & Managing Director, you will be involved in and responsible for dealing with multiple projects for work winning with other team members and providing cost advice and delivering quality tender submissions. Our client is looking for a Junior Estimator to assist with take offs for RC Frame and Groundwork projects. About the requirements * 3+ years of experience in RC frame & Groundwork Quantity Surveying * Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders * Working knowledge of various forms of contracts * Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or related field About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
