Assistant Estimator – Dry Lining About the Company: Our client is a well-known name within the Construction industry specialising Design and installation of Dry Lining, Partitions, Ceilings and SFS systems . This company notably target London’s major schemes that work repetitively work for Mace, Multiplex and Sir Robert McAlpine and focus on contracts ranging anywhere from £1m to £10m. About the Opportunity: Due to continuous growth our client is looking to strengthen their Pre-Construction team by recruiting for up and coming who will report directly to the Managing and Sales Director . The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years estimating experience that has a full understanding for the full tender cycle and is capable of doing onscreen take offs. This role will include but not be limited to: Assisting in securing enquiries likely to result in subsequent orders for the Company. You will also be getting stuck in coordinating the process of assembling and submitting a budget and/or final tender submissions. The successful candidate will also be expected to assist in the negotiation of the submitted tender culminating in order placement. In addition to this, you will also be expected to ensure the smooth handover of the awarded contract information to the project team. About the Benefits and Rewards: Depending on level of experience and skill salary will be in the region of £30,000 to £40,000 + Company Package.
