They are a professional, technically minded and modern contractor who have proven success of operating primarily as principal contractor on their projects throughout the South East. Having been established for over 30 years, much of their work is secured through repeat business. Their specialism covers demolition, asbestos removal, remediation, and rail.

About the opportunity :

Due to successful expansion, my client is currently recruiting permanently for an experienced Asbestos Contracts Manager to join the team in Kent.

As an Asbestos Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing overall asbestos project work throughout the M25 corridor, ensuring works are priced and carried out in accordance with legislative aspects of the business, including health, safety and environmental issues. You will successfully complete documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, tenders, appraisals and ASB5 notifications and close out reports and will develop current / future client relationships.
