An established and successful construction business is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Aftercare Manager to join its team. This role will focus on overseeing projects through completion, handover and aftercare, ensuring outstanding works, defects and client requirements are managed efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage projects through practical completion, handover and aftercare. Oversee snagging, defects and outstanding works through to resolution. Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor quality and ensure works meet the required standards. Resolve technical and construction issues efficiently. Ensure handover documentation and project close-out are completed. Maintain a strong focus on health, safety and customer satisfaction. About You We are looking for an experienced construction professional, ideally from a Tier 1 main contractor background, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects. Experience within the following sectors is particularly desirable: Education Life Sciences Commercial You should have: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, Finishing Manager or Aftercare Manager. Strong knowledge of construction, quality and project close-out. Experience managing subcontractors and specialist trades. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach. The confidence to deal with clients and senior stakeholders. Flexibility and willingness to travel to projects across the UK.
