Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of over 100 million per annum. Expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to much smaller complex projects. Values vary from 5m - 50m.
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced BIM Manager to support RC Frame and Groundwork projects across the U.K. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing the BIM execution plan
- Managing BIM workflows and standards
- Coordinating with stakeholders and offering training and support to BIM Engineers
About the requirements:
- At least 4 years BIM Management experience
- 2+ years working with an RC Frame and Groundwork contractor
- Experience with 3D BIM modelling
- Previous experience in using 4D Simulation
About the Benefits and Rewards:
- Salary range of 70,000 - 80,000 per annum
