Fire Stoppers (Passive Fire Protection Technicians) – x4 Required
Project Duration:
- 3-year long-term project
- Monday to Friday (Saturdays available)
- Up to 60 hours per week
Pay & Hours:
- £26.00 per hour
- 8:00am – 6:00pm (10-hour days)
What’s Included:
- First flight paid by client
- Shared accommodation (up to 6 per house)
- Pension scheme
- 15 days paid holiday
Key Responsibilities:
- Install fire stopping systems in line with regulations
- Seal penetrations (pipes, cables, ducts)
- Install fire batt, mastic, collars, wraps, and intumescent products
- Identify defects and complete remedial works
- Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation
- Maintain records and documentation
- Follow all health & safety procedures
- Keep tools and equipment in safe condition
Requirements:
- Valid DBS check
- Proven experience as a Fire Stopper
- FIRAS or equivalent (preferred)
- Willing to relocate / work away
- Settled or Pre-Settled Status (if non-UK national)
