Rate: Competitive – DOE (Depending on Experience) We are currently seeking 3 experienced Flat Roofers to join our team on a school refurbishment project in Morden.
Key
Responsibilities
- Installation and repair of flat roofing systems
- Torch-on felt roofing works
- Single-ply membrane installations
- Roof preparation and waterproofing
- Working safely at height in accordance with site regulations
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within project timescales
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Flat Roofer
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with Children's Barred List Check
- CSCS Card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
* Own tools and PPE Preferred Qualifications
- Working at Height Training
- Manual Handling Training
- NVQ in Roofing Occupations or equivalent
