  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Camera matching for verified and non-verified views — aligning 3D models to real-world photography with high accuracy using survey and OS coordinate data
  • Creating wireline (AVR1) and massing views in line with LVMF and other planning standards
  • Working with CAD files and architectural drawings to create and geolocate base models
  • Producing technical documents to accompany planning submissions
  • Preparing feasibility visuals and massing studies for early-stage projects
  • Collaborating with the Head of Planning and wider team to deliver accurate outputs to client deadlines
  • Adhering to the company filing system and PSD structure
  • Basic and detailed 3D modelling from architecture drawings and reference information

We provide training on all procedures and standards for our workflow. As a company that thrives on innovation, we will provide ongoing opportunities for individuals to deepen their knowledge and increase their skills through training and mentoring.
