About the Role
My client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham office. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of pre- and post-contract cost management, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
- Preparing detailed cost estimates, tender documentation, and bills of quantities.
- Leading value engineering and risk management exercises.
- Administering contracts and managing change control throughout the project lifecycle.
