A well-established, independent construction consultancy in London is looking to hire a Senior Project Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor who wants to work on high-quality, central London schemes with well-known clients including investors, developers and private estates.
You’ll be joining a commercial team of 12, based in Holborn (hybrid – minimum 3 days in the office), working closely with equity partners and senior surveyors. Projects are varied and interesting, including:
- Office refurbishments
- Cat A and Cat B fit-out schemes
- Smaller new build projects
There’s also the opportunity to step into a Contract Administrator / Employer’s Agent role if that’s something you already have experience in – or want to develop further.
Suitable candidates for the role should have:
- 5–10 years’ quantity surveying experience within a consultancy environment
- Strong commercial/project delivery background
- Experience across refurbishment and fit-out projects
- CA/EA experience (or the capability and ambition to take this on)
- Confident working with clients and senior stakeholders
The role is offering a salary up to £70,000 (dependent on experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package.
