A well established Construction and Property Consultancy who cover a range of projects in and around London and are based in Central London, are seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor or Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their well established and thriving team. The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will be joining a team who have built a strong reputation over the years and their relatively new Cost Management team are looking to expand aggressively to cope with demand. Specialising in building projects at all stages in multiple sectors, including Residential, Hotels, Data Centres and Commercial. About the role: The successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. You will be responsible for projects ranging in value. Your role will include : * Cost management, ensuring that the project remains within budget. * Feasibility Cost Studies * Procurement and Contract Advice * Ensure the client is achieving the best value for Money * You will work Pre and Post Contract The role would ideally suit a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor who has recently become chartered through RICS The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company and progress to managing a team, should they desire.
