My client is seeking an experienced Senior Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to play a key role in the delivery of a broad range of building surveying and consultancy services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Undertaking building surveys, defect analysis, and condition assessments.
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation.
- Managing refurbishment, maintenance, and improvement schemes.
- Providing professional advice on dilapidations, party wall matters, and building pathology.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing business growth.
