An impressive independent cost consultancy in London is looking to recruit a Senior Cost Manager in its Commercial team. This role is ideal for an experienced chartered quantity surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of complex projects from concept through to completion. The team has an impressive client base in the commercial sector, working on projects including new builds, cut and carves, and high-quality fit-outs up to £100m in value. Their client base is repeat-business driven and values commercially astute advice, proactive cost management, and hands-on project leadership. In this role, you’ll lead projects across the full lifecycle, from early cost planning and procurement strategy through to contract administration and final account. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage risk, guide commercial decision-making, and mentor junior team members.
