Cityscape is working with a well established construction consultancy that is looking to bring in a Senior Project Manager to join its growing Healthcare team in London. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to take a leading role on meaningful developments across the NHS estate, working with multiple NHS Trusts on a range of refurbishment and new build projects. The company has a very flexible hybrid working policy, with regular travel required to client sites across London and the South East.
You will be responsible for managing a range of healthcare construction projects from inception through to completion. These will include refurbishments, new builds, and estate improvement programmes for NHS Trust clients.
Key responsibilities:- Lead project delivery across multiple healthcare schemes
- Manage client relationships with NHS Trust stakeholders
- Oversee project teams including consultants and contractors
- Drive programme, cost, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Support junior team members and contribute to team growth
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy environment
- Strong background delivering construction projects, ideally within healthcare or public sector
- Experience working with NHS clients and NEC contracts is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM or similar
On offer is a salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits including 26 days holiday, private healthcare, pension and bonus.
