A leading international consultancy is looking to hire several MEP Quantity Surveyors at Project and Senior level to join its expanding Data Centre team in London. The role will see you working on a major hyperscale data centre project in Austria, where the next phase of the development has already been accelerated due to continued growth. The team has been embedded on the project for over a year and continues to secure further work across the European mission critical sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious MEP Surveyors looking to step into the booming data centre market, working on complex, high-value projects within a collaborative and fast-growing team.
Candidates with MEP experience from consultancy or contractor backgrounds will be considered, and prior data centre experience is not essential. MRICS is also not essential, with full APC support available for those working towards chartership.
The role is based in London with hybrid working (minimum two days in the office), although candidates based in Birmingham or Manchester will also be considered. There may also be occasional opportunities to visit the project in Austria.
