The team has an impressive client base in the commercial sector, working on projects including new builds, cut and carves, and high-quality fit-outs. Their client base is repeat-business driven and values commercially astute advice, proactive cost management, and hands-on project leadership. In this role, you’ll manage projects across the full lifecycle, from early cost planning and procurement strategy through to contract administration and final account. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage risk, guide commercial decision-making, and mentor junior team members. They’re looking for someone who has strong pre- and post-contract cost management experience within the commercial sector, is MRICS qualified, and looking to join a collaborative team.
