An international construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint an Intermediate Cost Manager to join its growing Ashford office, supporting the delivery of major projects across data centres, commercial, hospitality and residential sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with around 4–5 years’ experience who is either currently working towards APC or has recently achieved chartership and is looking to accelerate their career on high-profile schemes. You will work as part of an established cost management team, supporting projects from pre-contract through to final account. The role offers strong client exposure, excellent mentoring and the opportunity to gain experience across a varied and technically interesting portfolio.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Approximately 4–5 years’ consultancy or client-side experience
- Experience delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, infrastructure, industrial or data centres
- Currently working towards APC or recently MRICS qualified
