A renowned independent construction consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor within its Infrastructure team, to work on a £600m airport terminal extension and refurbishment project in North London / Essex. The Senior QS / Cost Manager will join a team working on site with the client at the airport, where the terminal transformation project will be ongoing for the next 3-4 years.
Candidates for this role should have strong pre and post contract experience working with NEC contracts. Prior experience in Aviation is ideal, but the client will also consider those with experience in other areas of transport and infrastructure.
The role will pay a salary up to £70,000 plus benefits including:
