We are looking for several CSA Quantity Surveyors at Project and Senior level to join our rapidly growing Data Centre team in London. The successful candidates will support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project in Austria, where the next phase has already been brought forward following continued expansion of the scheme. For ambitious Surveyors, this role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, technically complex projects within one of the fastest growing sectors in construction.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project in Austria.

Qualifications

  • Consultancy or contractor background with experience across industrial, commercial, infrastructure or mission critical projects.
  • Previous data centre experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • MRICS qualification not essential; full APC support is available for candidates working toward chartership.

Location & Working Arrangements

  • The role is based in London with hybrid working (minimum two days in the office); candidates based in Birmingham or Manchester will also be considered, with occasional site visits to Austria.
