An established international construction consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director in its London MEP cost management team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious MEP cost professional to be a #2 to the Director and play a key role in delivering complex, high-value projects across sectors including Commercial, Healthcare & Residential.

You will take ownership of client relationships, lead project delivery teams and help drive the continued growth of the MEP cost management division in London.

The Role:

  • Lead MEP cost management services across major projects from inception through to completion
  • Manage and develop client relationships with developers, investors and end users
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration and commercial reporting
  • Provide strategic commercial advice to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor and manage junior surveyors and support team development
  • Support business development activities and contribute to winning new work
  • Work closely with wider project management and cost management teams across the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating at Associate Director level within a consultancy environment
  • Strong MEP quantity surveying/cost management background
  • Experience delivering large-scale projects within sectors such as data centres, commercial, life sciences, industrial or infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
  • MRICS qualified preferred

This role will pay a salary up to £100k (depending on experience) plus bonus, private healthcare, 26 days holiday and other benefits.
