Cityscape is working with a renowned independent construction consultancy to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor within its Infrastructure team, to work on a £600m terminal extension and refurbishment project in North London / Essex. The Project Surveyor will join a team working on site with the client at the airport, where the terminal transformation project will be ongoing for the next 3-4 years.
Candidates for this role should have strong pre and post contract experience working with NEC contracts in commercial management. Prior experience in Aviation is ideal, but the client will also consider those with experience in other areas of transport and infrastructure.
The Project Surveyor role will pay a salary up to £60,000 plus benefits including:
