An excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading independent construction consultancy in Cambridge. You'll support the delivery of projects across a range of sectors including residential, hotels, offices, industrial and heritage schemes, working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and receiving full APC support.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with cost plans, estimates and budgets
- Supporting tendering and procurement activities
- Monitoring project costs and reporting
- Managing variations and assisting with final accounts
- Attending client and contractor meetings
Candidates should be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, and ideally 2+ years' experience working in a cost consultancy or contractor environment.
On offer is a salary up to £45,000 plus benefits, with excellent career development and progression opportunities.
