Cityscape is working with a top UK construction consultancy to recruit a Senior or Associate-level Quantity Surveyor within its Infrastructure team, to work on a £300m project for one of the largest airports in the UK. This is a London-based position in the consultants head office, with occasional travel required. The project is currently in pre-contract stage with a focus on complex Cost Planning & Estimating. You will also get involved in other aviation contracts, working on all project stages.
Candidates for this role should have strong estimating experience and be adapt with NEC contracts. Prior experience in Aviation is ideal, but the client will also consider those with experience in other areas of transport and infrastructure.
The Associate role will pay a salary up to £80,000 plus benefits including:
