About The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in fit-out and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of high-profile workplace and commercial fit-out schemes, manage key client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the London cost management team. This role offers a blend of leadership, client-facing responsibility, and hands-on project delivery. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, provide strategic cost advice, and mentor junior team members while supporting business development and account growth. Key Responsibilities * Lead cost management commissions for high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. * Manage the full lifecycle of projects from feasibility through to final account. * Provide expert cost advice, value engineering, and procurement strategies to clients. * Oversee tendering, contract administration, and cost control processes. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. * Support business development activities, including bid preparation and presentations. * Mentor and guide junior members of the cost management team. * Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance. About You * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. * MRICS qualified (essential). * Proven experience delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects within commercial or corporate environments. * Excellent technical knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract management. * Strong client-facing and communication skills with a consultative approach. * Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. * Commercially aware with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities. * Proficient in relevant software and digital cost management tools.
