Cityscape is working with a well-established, independent construction consultancy to appoint an Associate Project Manager into its London team. This is a senior leadership role within a successful Project Management division delivering complex schemes across the residential and regeneration sectors. The practice has built a strong client base with longstanding relationships and a reputation for high-quality delivery across mixed-use regeneration and large-scale residential developments.
As an Associate, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of projects from inception through to completion. You will be the trusted adviser to clients, providing clear strategic direction while leading multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes. You will also play a key role internally, mentoring colleagues, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading residential and regeneration schemes with full responsibility for delivery
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Preparing and presenting technical reports, board updates and strategic advice
- Chairing meetings and driving project progress at every stage
- Managing project teams and supporting the development of junior professionals
- Monitoring programmes, budgets and risk to ensure control and certainty
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts
- Representing the consultancy at networking and industry events
- Supporting wider business and community initiatives
What They’re Looking For
- Degree qualified, ideally in a RICS-accredited discipline
- MRICS or equivalent professional status preferred
- Strong understanding of design management, procurement strategies and construction delivery
- Proficient with project planning software such as Microsoft Project or Asta Powerproject
- Confident communicator with strong report-writing and presentation skills
- Commercially aware, client-facing and capable of managing multiple schemes simultaneously
- A collaborative leader who supports and develops those around them
On offer is a salary up to £90k plus car allowance, private medical, bonus etc. The company is based in central London with hybrid working, typically with 3 days a week in the office/on-site.
