This is a rare chance to be deeply involved in delivering a complex, high-value healthcare scheme that will have a lasting impact on the community.

You would step in as a senior delivery lead within an established multi-disciplinary consultancy, focusing heavily on the construction phase and overall project execution. The role is centred on driving programme performance on site, coordinating delivery teams, managing risk, and ensuring the build progresses safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as senior construction project lead on a large hospital redevelopment
  • Overseeing delivery strategy from pre-construction through to completion
  • Managing contractor performance, programme, and on-site coordination
  • Leading risk management, change control, and reporting processes
  • Working closely with consultants, client teams, and supply chain partners
  • Ensuring governance, compliance, and quality standards are met

What they’re looking for:

  • Proven track record delivering complex construction projects in a consultancy or client-side environment
  • Strong construction phase leadership and site-focused experience
  • Confidence managing contractors and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Healthcare or major public sector project exposure is advantageous
  • A practical, solutions-led mindset with strong communication skills

On offer is a salary up to £90,000 plus bonus and benefits. The role will be based in Brighton 3 days per week with 2 days working remotely.
