Cityscape is working with a leading London construction cost consultancy to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on projects in Higher Education & Life Sciences.
This person will be joining a highly experienced and respected team, working closely alongside a Senior Surveyor to deliver all pre- and post-contract services on both new build and refurbishment projects for prestigious clients including LSE, Imperial College and Warwick University.
Candidates for this role should have at least 2 years’ quantity surveying consultancy experience in the built environment and ideally working towards their RICS APC. They will need to be client facing, proactive, and able to use their own initiative and take the lead on projects.
A salary up to £45,000 is on offer depending on level of experience, plus 30 days annual leave, private medical, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional subscriptions.
