A renowned independent construction consultancy is looking to recruit an Assistant or Intermediate-level Quantity Surveyor within its Infrastructure team in Manchester, to deliver projects in the Aviation sector. The role will be based in the consultancy's Manchester office, with some travel to site required.

You will be working alongside an experienced Senior QS delivering commercial management services including managing budgets, negotiating contracts, identifying commercial risks, overseeing procurement/subcontractors, and ensuring profitability through accurate financial reporting and cost control.

Candidates for this role should have strong pre and post contract experience working on Infrastructure projects with NEC contracts. They should be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar, and be working towards their RICS APC or recently qualified.

The role will pay a salary up to £55,000 plus benefits including 30 days annual leave, private medical, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional subscriptions.
