We are seeking a Sales Manager, ideally with experience in off plan property investment sales who also has a proven track record of achieving high personal sales numbers and building high-performing teams. This role requires someone who is a natural leader, excellent trainer, motivator, and closer of deals.
The successful candidate will be based in our new London office, responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team locally, while managing and supporting the existing sales team in Leeds.
Package info:
- Negotiable basic salary depending on experience and track record
- Extremely lucrative commission structure, circa £120,000 OTE in year one
- Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 17:30 and Friday 09:00 – 17:00
- 28 days holiday + 3 bonus days at Christmas
- Birthday off + additional holiday for each year of service
- Annual pay review
